This Grenache-Shiraz-Mourvedre (“GSM”) combines the bold, clean “strawberries and cream” of Grenache with the bold pepper and spice of Shiraz and the earthy depth and soft tannin of Mourvedre. A classic medium bodied blend, vibrant crimson in colour, with a sweet nose and flavours of cherry and dark plum with rounded tannins to follow. Bottled without any sulfite preservatives, this wine is organic, vegan friendly, and preservative free.

Blend: Grenache (42%), Shiraz (32%), Mourvedre (26%)
Preservative Free means made without adding any preservatives, in particular, sulfur dioxide. It is sought out equally by allergy sufferers and “natural wine idealists.”
