Early harvested, hand picked and gently pressed to maximise the gentle natural acidity and stonefruit characters of our chardonnay grapes. Grown, made and bottled on site and with no added sulfites, this is a wine to consume when its young, as it will develop and age faster than most white wines. So keep it cool and ready, and once opened, finish it within a day or two at most!
