The classic Chardy is on the return and we hope that this preservative free version will appeal to most palates, being a medium ripe style that has softened acids from Malaolactic fermentation but essentially made in a clean, unwooded style with no protein fining. It has flavours and aromas of fresh cut straw, hazelnuts and lemon curd. This is a wine to consume when its young, as it will develop and age faster than most white wines. So keep it cool and ready, and once opened, finish it within a day or two at most!
