Very pale pink hue, the aromas are of white nectarine, apricot and tinned pineapple. This is a rich fruity wine with a very pleasant oily texture and a tight clean palate with great acid balance.
The Story
A still white wine made from hand picked Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are pressed and kept free of skin contact prior to cool fermentation.
