Winery/Brand: Random Valley Organic

 

The colour is pale straw with golden hue. The bouquet show a flinty style Semillon - Sauvignon Blanc that exhibits complex flavours of quince and ripe pears combined with flavours of vanilla custard and biscuity nuances. This is overlaid with a quite complex and bread crusty yeast lees character revealing its partial barrel fermentation.

This is an excellent, complex organic ‘food – wine’ indicative of the Southern part of the Margaret River wine growing region.
