Ruby red in colour the nose is harmonious and inviting, featuring dark red berry fruit and some hints of tobacco. The palate is medium bodied with a lovely tannin weight and a clean dry finish. Made without the use of oak.
The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand into crates and pressed. Winemaking techniques to enhance soft fruity aromas are employed. After racking, malolactic fermentation concludes the winemaking process, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for a few months.
