Dense dark red in colour with rich red blackberry fruit and spice on the nose. The palate still shows good acid fronting red fruit, spices and hints of black olive and oak. Age has smoothed this wine out nicely and definitely one to drink on a Friday night with margherita pizza. Yum!
A lovely aged blend of Ruby Cabernet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Petit Verdot from various Victorian regions. Made with no additions, no sulphur dioxide, no fining agents or animal products.
