This is a rich wine with aromas of ripe stonefruit and hints of pineapple. The palate is soft and with ripe fruit and a creamy character from the time on lees.
The Story
The grapes for this wine are form the Mildura region and were handpicked and then whole bunch pressed, followed by 100% barrel fermentation in french bariques with 4 months maturation on lees.
