Gold with traces of green, the aromatic notes are of arpicots and pears. Freash clean nectarine, apricot and citrus flavours follow through on the palate, enhanced by a dash of oak, followed by a clean and crisp finish.
The Story
This single vineyard organic viognier is from the Temple Bruer vineyards at Langhorne Creek. Winemaker, David Bruer, is Australia’s most awarded organic winemaker. Matured in oak prior to bottling and sealed with a screw cap closure for quality.
