Bright and clean, with a delicate finesse and subtle texture that makes this a very quaffable Prosecco. A Brut (dry) style, and with only a tiny amount of Sulphur Dioxide added, the organic grapes are free to shine, bringing full fruity flavours of honeydew melon, peaches, and honeysuckle to the fore.
