Showing quite developed aromas and flavours, lemon curd, pineapple juice and ripe kiwi fruit on the nose, the palate still has a pleasing texture although it is not showing much primary fruit anymore. This one is definitely "Drink Now".

The grapes are carefully selected from different certified organic vineyards to ensure depth and complexity. A pale straw colour, the nose is vibrant and alive with lifted floral aromas, tropical gooseberry, fresh green asparagus and grapefruit. The palate is a triumph of balanced fruit sweetness and forward flavours of pear and kiwi fruit, all delightfully balanced with a light, refreshing, crisp mineral finish. Enjoy with fresh seafood or your favourite green salad.
