Open top fermentation with hand plunging followed by maturation in French Barriques, Hogsheads and Puncheons have produced this complex and full flavoured wine which has absolutely no added preservatives or allergens. A hand made Pinot Noir from the Olsen Estate Vineyard.
A serious barrel aged Yarra Valley Pinot Noir with advantages. Simply pure, natural and handmade Pinot Noir from the Olsen Park estate vineyard. Deep rich brilliant Ruby colour. Aromas show subtle French oak combined with ripe cherry fruit characters leading to a full flavoured palate with fine persistent tannins. The 2015 vintage was one of the best we have experienced – moderate weather and a small crop of superb fruit and this really shows through in the wine.
