A hand made Chardonnay from the Olsen Estate Vineyard. No added preservative and allergens.
Notes from the winery:
A full on barrel fermented Yarra Valley Chardonnay with advantages. Simply pure, natural, handmade and full bodied but restrained Chardonnay was made from hand picked grapes from the Olsen Park Estate vineyard.
This wine shows excellent barrel fermented yeast lees complexity. Colour is pale lemon with green tinges. The result is a serious Chardonnay with absolutely no added preservatives or allergens.
