This Chardonnay has 4 years age now, and being preservative free, it is reaching its prime drinking window. This is a big rich style, with an aged richness and a buttery complexity.

This wine is full bodied with restraint and shows excellent barrel ferment and yeast lees complexity. Plenty of good quality new French oak has been used.

A hand made Chardonnay from the Olsen Estate Vineyard. No added preservative and allergens.
