This is an elegant style Shiraz not generally associated with Central Victoria. The slightly lighter weight does not detract from the quality of this wine but rather the anise, chocolate and spice notes are both flavoursome and lingering.
The Story
This wine was made with a helping hand from Mario Marson of Mount Mary fame. The result is a wine with its own individual character that improves from a very credible first effort.
