Or store it on your bookshelf for a few months until the time is ripe, then let it flow out to your loves. TASTES

FIELD NOTES
Wild fermented on full skins in stainless steel for 14 days, then malolactic fermentation in aged barrels. Matured in barrels for 15 months before bringing together for boxing.
