Merinas
Merinas wines are produced in sustainably farmed, high-altitude vineyards in Castile, Central Spain.
The vines are over 30 years average age and managed as an integrated ecosystem where no pesticides are used and organic manure is the only fertiliser applied. This sustainabillity ethos also includes balanced yields, sustainable irrigation and preserving biodiversity in the vineyards.
The dry, continental climate with low disease pressure allows organically and sustainably grown vines to consistently produce excellent wines.
