We are so excited to get hold of this first release Shiraz from the maestro of Preservative Free Winemaking, Aaron Mercer, under his own new label, Mercer Wines. He perfected his art in his former role as the winemaker behind the successful Tamburlaine Preservative Free wines.
This Shiraz is made without the addition of sulphur, producing the purest expression of the grape variety. Delicate red fruit, blueberry and plum, with spicy fruit and mid-weight structure make this an ideal early drinking red. Great work Aaron! Drink Now.

Mercer Wines: Aaron Mercer, at this point in his career most well known for his extensive time at Tamburlaine as head wine maker, is now putting his passion into his own label. The result is contemporary wines that are Organic, Preservative Free and are very approachable, but most importantly his commitment to better tasting wines for any occasion.
