Pale Straw colour, lime/lemon peel and fresh floral notes, soft textured palate with lemon and lime flavours and hints of musk stick, great length with lovely clean lemon sorbet acidity on the finish.
Vinification: Produced entirely from free-run juice, inoculated with yeast and fermented in stainless steel tank at 16 C. No SO2 added until racking and filtration
