Vineyard & Winemaking
The grapes are sourced from organic vineyardsin the Wairau Valley of Marlborough. These grapes build up a naturalresistance to the elements. The skins become thicker producing more flavour. Picked early April and allocated into different parcels for fermentation allowing a range of componentsfor blending. All components are kept on yeast lees aslong as possible until blending, adding greaterflavour and softnessto the wine. Careful blending with these parcels has produced this wine of interest and complexity. The grapes and wine are certified organic by BioGro New Zealand.
