The palate is spritely, juicy and smooth, with cherry, blackberry and a touch of savoury spice, and we love its capricious nature.
Without any Sulphur Dioxide added, this Pinot will definitely leave you feeling fresh.

The tannins are very subtle and well-integrated, giving a decent length to the finish. Without any Sulphur Dioxide added, this Pinot will definitely leaveth thee in valorous humour.
