The palate is spritely, juicy and smooth, with cherry, blackberry and a touch of savoury spice, and we love its capricious nature.

Without any Sulphur Dioxide added, this Pinot will definitely leave you feeling fresh.

Lovely pinot noir fruit from some of the best SA regions was fermented without any addition of preservatives. This delightful Pinot Noir greets you with delicious red cherry and strawberry fruit wafting from the glass. The palate is spritely, juicy and smooth, with cherry, blackberry and a touch of savoury spice and we love its capricious nature. The tannins are very subtle and well-integrated, giving a decent length to the finish. Without any Sulphur Dioxide added, this Pinot will definitely leaveth thee in valorous humour.
