WINEMAKING: Though volumes are low, the colour and intensity of our shiraz fruit continues to impress. We believe that the Krinklewood vines are now reaping the benefits of the biodynamic practices, and the intense characteristics displayed in this vintage are the clear results of Rod Windrims persistence.
CUISINE: Compliments a spicy Spanish chorizo risotto with freshly ground black pepper.
