A fresh crisp ultra dry mouthful with strong floral, grannysmith apple and lemon citrus characters. Great length. More elegance and less weighty than the '04 and all the better for it. Fabulous wine; probably our best Riesling yet. 100% indigenous yeast fermented. Cellaring will reward.
