The 2003 drought has produced the best Jasper Hill Riesling ever. It shares intense citrus, green apple and floral aromas that follow through with the same intensity onto the dry, crisp, naturally acid palate. Quality may also be partly due to indigenous (wild) yeast fermentation now used. 13 percent alcohol/vol.
