A fragrant and spicy medium bodied wine with plenty of complexity. Aromas of earth and plums with a touch of black pepper and bay leaf spice. The palate shows savoury/briary flavours with a certain richness that are framed by fine silky tannins and a graphite minerality. Perfect partner to slow cooked lamb on a rainy night.
