A non-sparkling blend of Semillon and Chardonnay. Pale green yellow colour. Aromas of lemon, nuts and asparagus. Palate is rich and full with sweet lemon, oily nuttiness and mouthfilling lively acid.

Long slow fermentation, natural yeasts, no filtration, minimal intervention and additives.
