Made from fruit grown in vineyards operated under NASAA-certified organic practices, this shiraz represents one of Australia’s lesser-known wine regions: the continental-climate Mudgee, at home within the Central Ranges region.

Really rich and generous, all booze-soaked berries and tobacco woody notes, a bit of spice in there too but so much of this wine is about the ripe fruit and wood seasoning. It's very good in that way. This one saturates the palate nicely. It's big and bold but finds great mojo in its way.
