Deep, dark red in colour, one sniff and you are smiling. Intense & evocative aromas of strawberry and blackcurrant are intermingled with earthy chocolate, coffee, spice and some mint leaf. The palate is medium-bodied & deliciously smooth, some darker fruits present themselves, with chocolate, plum and again a hint of coffee. Lingers long enough for some thinking time before beckoning you for another sip.
This wine could easily sell for $25 a bottle, luckily you get to taste it's heavenly goodness for much less.
