This is a easy drinking wine. Sweet red berry fruit with hints of pepper and licorice on the nose, the palate has soft tannins and raisiny fruit.
The Story
This wine was made from grapes grown on the north facing slopes of our vineyard overlooking the Belubula River. The fruit was hand picked and basket pressed after open fermentation then matured in oxygen permeable barrels with new American oak.
