Vibrant rich purple colour in the glass, the bouquet displays lifted plum fruit, briary spice and a little funk. On the palate there is more plummy fruit and interesting spice and a good pinch of aniseed. The palate is medium in weight with good structure and light fine silky tannins.

The Story
Established in 2001, Jenny and Herb Gardner farm 14.5 hectares of vines in Canowindra, in the New South Wales Central Ranges. Their desire to have a minimal impact on the planet if evident in their choices of organic and sustainable farming practices, production using minimal energy, as well as their own eco-friendly everyday lifestyle.
