We made this Chardonnay in a contemporary style with minimal oak and using our finest selected organic chardonnay grapes. The result is a full bodied Chardonnay exhibiting melon and peach flavours and a smooth buttery finish. It is a superb food wine and is well matched with creamy pasta dishes, chicken, mild buttery curries and cheeses.
