Gardners Ground 2006 Preservative Free Shiraz
It was bottled seven months after harvest and before any sulphur [preservative 220] was added. On testing 6 weeks after bottling it returned a 'zero' for sulphur content.
It is drinking well now and should keep well as it is bottled under screw cap, but it is not recommended for long term cellaring.Wine Maker; Graham Kerr
