Colour: Deep crayola purple and brilliant mullbery red

Aroma: Pencil shavings, fresh tobacco, blueberries and earthiness

Taste: Velvet overlaoded textures from extended oak maturation. Fresh and ripe ribena red fruits with fresh vanila mocha oak

Background: Hand made artisinal product grown and made in small batches. This relatively young Cabernet will benefit from a min of 12 months up to 10 years of cellaring/bottle development. Or, drinking youthful and fresh now with velvety tannins and big bright fruit.

Cellaring: The Freehand Cabernet will show more dark fruits and cedar tobacco with black olive and anise. Buy one to drink now and another to cellar!

Freehand wines are created using organic/biodynamic grapes; grown with maximum attention, vinified with minimal intervention and no preservatives are added. The vineyard is not certified although the Eastwell family have been practicing organic/biodynamic principles since 2008.
