Audet Somnare (latin) : Dare to Dream
Deep violet in colour, with inviting aromas of raspberry and cinnamon. The palate is soft and luscious with approachable tannins, flavours of red currant and cherry fruit with a hint of spice are overlaid with lovely oak.
It is a WOW wine to be savoured over the course of an evening!

Freehand wines are created using organic/biodynamic grapes; grown with maximum attention, vinified with minimal intervention and no preservatives are added. The vineyard is not certified although the Eastwell family have been practicing organic/biodynamic principles since 2008.

Biodynamic and organic farming. No sulphur used. Un-fined and unfiltered. 24 months in French oak. Stalwarts of this style from Great Southern.
Neatly marries dark plum, bay leaf, gum leaf, touch of mint, all up lively and bright to sniff on. Unadorned fruit flavours, soft and supple, plum, roast tomato, earthiness. Has a really nice ‘raw’ feel to it all. Yummy. Joyous freshness to the feel but laden with spice and savouriness. Thanks.
