Amore de Sangres (latin) : Love like Blood
A vibrant ruby red colour, aromas of red currants, blueberries, thyme, spice and earthiness. Velvety overloaded textures on the palate from extended oak maturation. Fresh and ripe cherry fruits with vanilla mocha oak.
Hand made artisan product grown and made in small batches. This relatively young Cabernet will benefit from a min of 12 months up to 10 years of cellaring/bottle development. Or, drinking youthful and fresh now with velvety tannins and big bright fruit.

Colour: Ruby red.
Aroma: Aromas of red currants, blueberries, thyme, spice and earthiness
Taste: Flavours of cranberries, cherry with fresh vanila mocha oak. A velvety textural palate, soft appraochable tannins.

Cellaring: The Freehand Cabernet will show more dark fruits and cedar tobacco with black olive and anise. Buy one to drink now and another to cellar!
Freehand wines are created using organic/biodynamic grapes; grown with maximum attention, vinified with minimal intervention and no preservatives are added. The vineyard is not certified although the Eastwell family have been practicing organic/biodynamic principles since 2008.
