Dealcoholised Ariel Rouge
PRODUCTION NOTES: ARIEL Rouge is made in a sustainable winery in Paso Robles, California. This dealcoholized wine is made from a blend of premium red grape varieties. Some of the finished wine is oak-aged for additional complexity. Just prior to bottling, the alcohol is gently removed by cold filtration, leaving less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.

“Ariel Rouge, the biggest-bodied of ARIEL Vineyards’ three dealcoholized reds, has solid tannins and cherry notes, perfect with grilled meat or lasagna… (ARIEL) produce de-alcoholized sparklers worthy of your best flutes. ARIEL Brut Cuvée is excitingly austere at first sip, turning apple-y but keeping an edge.” Nancy Weber » NYCitywoman
