The Story
This wine, from the outstanding 2004 vintage for red wines at Cullen Wines was made from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. The amount matured in wood was restricted to 19% to ensure that, while the wine benefited from a touch of oak, it was still essentially fruit driven.
