Screw-capped, two-thirds Semillon and one-third Sauvignon Blanc (with a splash of Verdelho), the wine is bursting with flowery herb aromas, the palate crisp and crunchy with excellent acidity and length. Dyed-in-the-wool seafood style - and will cruise through to the end of the decade if you want a little more development weight. Review by James Halliday, September 2003
