Appearance: A rich full red in colour wine..

Bouquet: The nose is full of raspberry red fruit with a small touch of peppery spice.

Palate: This Shiraz is grown on a Certified Organic Vineyard located in the Central Ranges of NSW. The wine is characterised by raspberry flavours, and a small amount of peppery spice woven through the wine. With a refined tannin structure and soft, subtle, the influence of French oak characters, ensures the palate is complex and persistent.

Cellaring: Excellent drinking now or medium-term cellaring 2 - 10 years will be rewarded.
