This Organic Cabernet Sauvignon wine has wholesome flavours of blackcurrants and blackberries. A soft French oak maturation compliments the varietal characters of the wine, and delivers a structure and length of flavour.

Tasting Notes for Central Ranges Organic Cabernet Sauvignon Cleanskin 2016
Appearance: A rich full red in colour.
Bouquet: On the nose are wonderful red and black currants with a small amount of spice combined with cedary notes.
Palate: This wine has wholesome flavours of blackcurrants and blackberries. A soft French oak maturation compliments the varietal characters of the wine, and delivers a structure and length of flavour.
Cellaring: Wonderful drinking now, or can be cellared for up to 10 years for maximum reward.
