Tasting Notes from the winery for Bodegas Enguera Cava Brut Nature

'Enguera in a Bubble' This organic Cava is mega fresh. The two grapes in the classic blend (Macabeo and Chardonnay) were harvested earlier than usual, and then made into this sparkling wine using the traditional Champagne method. The end result? A savoury wine with toasted biscuit aromas a creamy texture, and a green apple and grapefruit zing finishing with a chalky pull on your cheeks. Bone dry and delicious stuff.

Pair With: Spicy foods, such as Thai curries and Szechuan fish dishes. Or for the full Spanish experience, enjoy with some great tapas dishes and canapes, or a mixed paella.

With 160 hectares of prime Valencian vineyards, the Enguera team have access to some seriously impressive fruit and terroirs, allowing them to make distinctive and unique wines bursting with local passion and pride.
