Our ‘Ash’ range of wines is sourced from the best Organic Vineyards in New South Wales including our Family Vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley. Made by our winemaker Ashley Horner these wines are as individual as they are delicious. All single vineyard wines, all small batches, all organic and all made in the Hunter Valley.

Our Verdelho is made using organic grapes from the Central Ranges region of New South Wales. We start the process with a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to help retain those wonderful tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and passionfruit. This wine is all about the freshness and enjoying on a warm summers day.
