Our ‘Ash’ range of wines is sourced from the best Organic Vineyards in New South Wales including our Family Vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley. Made by our winemaker Ashley Horner these wines are as individual as they are delicious. All single vineyard wines, all small batches, all organic and all made in the Hunter Valley.
Our Shiraz Viognier comes from our organic family vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley. The 2017 Vintage was outstanding and it shows in this wine. Co-fermented with 6% Viognier and 94% Shiraz produces a beautifully integrated wine, subtle floral aromas with apricots on the nose. A full flavoured palate of cherries, plums and spice.
