Our ‘Ash’ range of wines is sourced from the best Organic Vineyards in New South Wales including our Family Vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley. Made by our winemaker Ashley Horner these wines are as individual as they are delicious. All single vineyard wines, all small batches, all organic and all made in the Hunter Valley.
Our Shiraz comes from our organic family vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley. The 2017 Vintage was an outstanding year and it shows in this wine. Aromas of chocolate and dark forest fruits, with soft tannins and delicate spices to finish.
