Pale straw in colour with green hues this fresh and inviting wine exudes aromas of citrus, guava, and passionfruit with delicate herbal notes. The alluring palate entices the senses further with tropical fruit characters and a clean, fresh finish.

Angove Organic Sauvignon Blanc is grown from organically certified grapes grown in our own Nanya Vineyard, near Paringa South Australia.
The 2013 Vintage generally a warm and dry one with little rain recorded after winter 2012. With no disease pressure and ample sunshine the grapes ripened at a rapid pace, reaching full flavour maturity without delay.
Picked late at night to harvest the grapes as cold as possible the grapes were transported to the winery and pressed using modern tank presses. After cold setting the clear juice was carefully racked to cooled fermentation tanks and inoculated with selected yeasts. Cool fermentation was followed by minimal handling filtration and bottling at the Angove winery.
