The absence of sulphur allows the vibrant aromas and flavours to shine, creating a brooding, lip-smacking experience with a silky-smooth finish.
Tasting Notes for Organic Vines Preservative Free Shiraz 2023
Purple red with magenta highlights in colour.
Without the dulling effect of Sulphur Dioxide, the aromas of raspberry & blueberry fruit, black pepper and clove spice jump out of the glass. On the palate, the fruit purity is evident with lots of brooding blue fruit, warming spice and very subtle fine tannins rounding out the smooth finish
A lip smacking good PF wine full youthful exuberance.
