This single vineyard Yarra Valley Pinot Noir is a deep, rich, brilliant ruby colour. Aroma shows subtle French oak combined with ripe cherry fruit characters leading to a full flavoured palate with plenty of bite and sour cherry fruit. Not for faint hearted, it is ideally matched to rich pork or duck. The 2019 vintage was very hot and dry and the small crop of fruit showed great concentration of flavour which really shows through in the wine. Try it with Eggplant Parmigiana or Char-grilled Lamb cutlets.
Absolutely no added preservatives or allergens.

A serious barrel aged Pinot Noir with advantages. Simply pure, natural and hand made from the Olsen Park Estate Vinyard.
Very low cropped fruit from old vines on a Northwest facing slop. The wine was matured in French Puncheons for ten months. The resulting wine is rich of garnet, slightly translucent colour. The aroma shows ripe strawberry and subtle oak influence. Palate is medium bodied with good fruit and a long finish supported by subtle tannins and tight acidity. Will cellar for several years.
Perfect with roast duck or barbequed pork spare ribs.
OLSEN WINES (ViN888) Victoria is an independent, family owned wine producing business. From their humble beginnings of retailing fine wines, spirits and specialty beers starting with two outlets in Albert Park and Camberwell, the business developed a niche market for specialty products. In 1991 the company then decided to venture into wine production and the multi awarded Olsen Wines was born. Glenn Olsen, their chief winemaker, imparts his passion for winemaking, producing quality style of wines.
The Olsen Wines label - the company’s flagship was established in 1993 and has since then received awards at major shows entered. James Haliday has given Olsen Wines four and a half stars and rated the Olsen Yarra Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 95 points.
Due to popular demand, they have successfully developed their natural wines made without additives or sulphur dioxide preservative. Their estate in the heart of world-famous Yarra Valley wine region produces the very limited Olsen Park Estate Wines.
