GrapesCabernet Sauvignon
Ruby red in the glass with typical Cabernet Sauvignon aromas of dark fruits; think stewed plums, black berries, tobacco and cloves. With a very fine chalky tannin, this wine is mouth filling and lush. The flavours of dark fruits and charry good quality French oak linger on the palate long after the last sip.

The Miracle on the Wire range represent extraordinary value for money.
Tasting notes from the winery for Miracle On The Wire Organic Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Nature is a very curious and amazing thing and as vineyard owners in the Central Ranges wine district of New South Wales, we are constantly surprised how well our vines can perform in stressful conditions, with little to no rain. Miracle on the Wire refers to the tiny bunches of grapes that form on our vines each year, as well as to the sighting of the Blue Wren perched up on the wires of our Zeals Vineyard, as this is usually a sign of coming rain and good fortune.
The extensive vineyard is Certified Organic, and adopts natural, sustainable, farming practices to ensure vigorous growth of the grapevines. This wine is mid-weighted, displaying layers of mixed red fruits and spicy notes. The tannins are gentle and interwoven with subtle French oak characters. A vibrant wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 3-5 years.

This is fabulously ripe and varietally expressive on the nose showing blackcurrant, plum, thyme and cedar characters, followed by a beautifully weighted palate that’s finely textured and persistent. The wine offers excellent balance and harmony backed by chalky tannins, making it delightfully structured and persistent. At its best: now to 2025.
