FIELD NOTES
Wild fermented in-barrel for 21 days, full-malolactic fermentation in the same barrels on full lees, racked and aged in-barrel for a further 10 months.
TASTES
Very Chard, with just a hint of rich Malolactic Sauv depth. Bright, balanced, apple and lemon, stone fruit. A little baked fruit vibe. Light spice. Textural.
