You’ll be impressed with the quality and drinkability of the Mercer Wines PF Rosé, made by Australia’s leading preservative free winemaker. A pale magenta, salmon pink wine with an undeniable aroma of the delicious Australian strawberries and cream confectionary.
Made with 100% Shiraz grapes from the Hilltops region of NSW, it was pressed immediately after picking to produce low colour and treated gently to protect the delicate flavour, acidity and texture, without the use of sulphur. Aaron makes this wine in the style he remembers from the South of France - youthful, delicate and with enticing aromas. Mercer makes sustainable wines rediscovering variety and place.

Preservative free, is the sub-title. Made from Shiraz.
Red cherry, a little whiff of fairly floss, with a minty and floral perfume. It’s juicy, a sort of watermelon granita flavour, fresh juicy orange acidity, light powdery texture, and clean finish of subtle sweetness, citrus zest, and good length. Not rocket science, but a good refreshing drink here. I like it.
